Just a little distance (5 minutes walk) from Shinjuku Kabukicho center & night life. The hotel gives a good impression from the first step inside. Clean & well designed floors, and rooms as well. They give you free robe to sleep with. Breakfast includes Japanese dishes as well as European ones. It is easy to get filled with various tastes. Laundry also works perfect, 24 hours, with change machine for coins and also detergent. You can store your luggage at the day of arrival and in the check out day for free. It is what it is written in the hotel description. No surprise.

The room is pretty spacious for Japanese hotel standards, I was able to open my two big luggages and with still enough space to walk around the room. The price point is also very affordable, considering the location in Shinjuku and the season (sakura season). It is located within walking distance of both Higashi-Shinjuku station and Okubo station, both of which are central to connecting to different parts of Tokyo. I would definitely recommend this hotel as good value for money if you want to stay around Shinjuku

Breakfast was plenty and of high quality. The meal is not monotonous; it changes every day. The female front desk agent even assisted me with my online bus reservation for Narita on my way back to my home country, demonstrating how amiable the staff was. Our room was cleaned on a scheduled basis, so it was already tidy when we returned from a long day of trip. I recommend this place as it is accessible to train stations. I will surely be back when I return to Tokyo.

Most affordable accommodation at a prime location. Room and bed is bigger than expected. Rare accommodation which includes breakfast without any addition of price. Breakfast area quite small so sometimes need to wait for a place but generally, people come and go very fast. Don't have room cleaning service but everyday, they will hang new clean towels outside the room door. Taxi to Shinjuku Bus Station cost 900 yen if don't want to walk 20 minutes with luggage.

Great location, walking distance to Kabukicho night life area, but the hotel is still in a safe, quiet street. Also walking distance to Okubo Korean town with lots of food and shopping options. The rooms are small but good enough as we go out most of the time and only use the room for night sleep. Nice hot breakfast options with mix of both Japanese style (miso soup, rice ball, grilled fish) and Western style (croissant bread & butter, omelets, salad)
